Default Passenger window moving an inch at a time

Any ideas why my passenger window moves up and down an inch or two every time I press the switch?
After pressing the switch, the window moves a little but then the motor stops and the puddle light and light in the switch go off for about 1s then they come back on. It's the same if I use the driver side switch. Pulling or pushing the glass by hand to 'help' the motor makes little/no difference.
Trouble codes show B117e-13 and B117e-19 but i can't find what these mean.

Replaced just the motor and now it's working perfectly.
