Default Panel removal

I cannot figure out how to remove this panel that is above the rear view mirror. I want to route my camera wires through there. My fellow forum brothers have always been helpful.

On the back drivers side next to the windshield there's a little cut out to get your fingers in. It just pops right off.

I ran my camera wires just behind the seals for the doors. I used good tape every 6 inches or so for the curtain airbag to not snag on the wire. I put small zip ties on the cable and just tucked it up between the headliner and the windshield. The zip ties won't let the cable just fall down.
