Default Paint Problem?

I purchased a 2023 Atlas Blue F150 FX4/SPORT 3.5EB with a build date of 04/23 about 2mos ago and noticed something odd when I washed it to apply a paint sealer on it. In areas where water gets behind things like door handles, emblem, etc, there are dark streaks going down from the water run off when it is wet, once it dries the streaks disappear. I am going to ceramic coat it but I'm afraid that those streaks will appear and then be sealed under the coating. I have tried to polish it with a swirl remover and that did not work, the streaks came back again after the next washing. I talked to a friend of mine who is a body shop owner and painter and he thinks the paint may be stained but is a little confused why it disappears when dry and reappears when wet. Has anyone every experienced something like this before? I would post pics but you can't really see the streaks in the pics, they are very faint.
