ordering a 2022
2021 Ford F-150 Will Get an Evolutionary Redesign
Not expecting much other than price increases, personally
I don't have VIN yet, and the last week my order was still unscheduled. I am wondering if I am to get a VIN after Sept 15; OR after October 14 - will it get automatically switched to 22 model?
Other thoughts: normally, second year of new model means some of the bugs/issues that were found during the first year, get fixed in the second year and so on; but it in our case, 22 may potentially mean cutting features/corners due to chip and other shortages.

I am 95% certain I will be ordering a 2022, and I do not expect any decontenting of anything noteworthy. I could be wrong. We will see.
