Default OEM Jack

I have a 2021 F150 with a 6in Lift Kit and 35x12.50R22LT Tires, making my OEM Jack useless. Any recommendations?

What is the height of your frame at the transmission crossmember at ride height?
That will determine the jack height needed. To get the front tire off the ground you’ll need to get a jack that can lift at least 5” higher than that, possibly more if you have a long travel suspension.

The rear can be jacked on the axle tube, which is generally lower than the frame on lifted cars.

Default OEM Jack problem resolve

Thanks for all the replies, a buddy of mine suggested a UniJack. Picture attached, problem tested and resolve. Was concerned in regards to when and where the flat would take place. Check out the solution.
