Default Not a valid VIN...?

Has anyone else entered their VIN for their '21 F150 and got the "Please Enter a Valid VIN" message? With the talk of the steering gear box recall...I figured I'd enter my VIN just to be on the safe side although it wasn't listed in the list that Ford put out.
When I enter my VIN on the recall page, I get that message....Please enter a valid VIN. I'm not sure why my VIN would not be valid...seeing how I have had my truck over 3 weeks .

No VIN, nothing to make payments on, right?

That's one way to look at it.

But seriously...I don't quite understand why someone can enter a VIN for a FORD truck that is in their possession, on a FORD website checking for recalls...and it say "please enter a valid VIN". The truck was built May 21, and I took possession June 9.

Are you using O instead of 0?

No...copied and pasted from the window sticker as I have many, many times. Just tried it again...and still the same "Please enter a valid VIN" message.

This is the page I have tried to use it on:

I have found with some websites, when using a C&P to input, sometimes I picked up a imperceptible space at the end of my cut and the input field on the web site I paste into isn't very smart.

Also, have found sometimes on some website using C&P there was just something it didn't like, and if I placed cursor at the end of the field, then delete (i.e. using the back delete key) and just retype that one character manually, it worked.

Anyway, just try typing your VIN, instead of Cut&Paste in case some invisible character is messing you up.
