What ever happened to the so called 6.8 ohv engine in the F150 and mustang for 2022?

It ended up replacing the 6.2L as the base engine in the Super Duty

As it was meant from the beginning, with the planned closure of the Romeo plant, where the 6.2 was made, it was just the babel of former disgraced union head dias. The misinformation sent some into a false rant of a new a engine coming, in reality the Coyote tied to the Mustang and F150 wasn't going anywhere soon.
