Maybe my eyes / camera / lighting is playing tricks on me but do some new F150 roll of the line with minor/major misaligned cabs/beds and get fixed up during PDI?
Reason is I saw a few trucks including mine that may have alignment issues. Please see below:
It's pretty common for the bed to be offset to one side or the other enough for the eye to see.
My 2020 bed was off a bit, I added pictures to a thread somewhere.
It doesn't bug me enough to have anyone mess with it. It's not an easy fix some say the cab is misaligned, some say the bed.
Also it seems to be common with all truck makes.
They are built to a tolerance..... Not showcar perfect. It's a production line vehicle. Beds move around. Chassis flex. If you find one that looks "perfect", it might not look "perfect" few weeks later if it's driven around, carried a load, pulled a trailer or whatever...
I hope it is resolved for you. My eyes have difficulty seeing misalignment that is obvious to others. I look at the circle area in your photo and it looks fine to me. For all I know my own doors windows and bed are totally wopperjawed!
Is the truck in the picture parked on flat ground? The steering wheel is turned just a tad....perhaps just a perfect setup with turned wheel and other side in a dip or bump tweaking the body.
