Hello,

I have a 2022 Ford F150 3.5L EcoBoost King Ranch. I have received messages from the Ford App saying "Remote Features Disabled to Preserve Battery Energy." The truck has 15k miles on it, what is causing this? I went onto my local Ford dealer website to schedule service for (2) recalls, Oil Change (it is not at 0%, it is at 25%), and tire rotation I see the "Max Battery Replacement" option. When I had it added to my cart it says "free."
