I have a '21 F150. Occasionally the zoom feature on the map freezes. Everything related to navigation works as usual, the arrow tracks true, the gps is accurate, etc... except the pitching in or out to zoom in or out doesn't work. Other features related to the touch screen work, the only this that does not function is zooming in or out. The only way the fix it is to shut off the ignition and open one of the doors to reset everything. Sometimes this works, sometimes it does not.
