Got a new 25 Lariat two months ago. Seems since the latest OTA update for the Trailer Module, I have lost the ability to tell sync to call someone from my contact list.

Any else experience something similar and know of a remedy?

That one hasn't happened to me, but then I rarely use verbal commands.

The commonest result of OTA updates for me has been for the automatic brights/dim feature being disabled....

 

Check to see if your "Trial" connectivity package is telling you need a credit card on file. The exact same thing happened with my wife's 2025 Expedition while we were on a trip. I called Ford about the issue and they claimed it was written in their correspondence to me. I told them they had never corresponded with me and they said oops, sorry about that. Then proceeded to collect a card number from me, re-activate the "trial" period for the 1 year total and said if I choose to cancel and not renew the connectivity package, to call them before the trial period ended. After that, voice commands worked again.
