Lost Bluetooth connection

Lost Bluetooth connection
So irritated right now over this. I came out of a store, was talking to my wife and it connected to the truck like it usually does. About 15 seconds later it disconnects from the truck and back through the phone.
No biggie, I’ll just reconnect. Wrong! It says Bluetooth is turned off. So I went into connectivity and turned on Bluetooth. Bluetooth never turns back on. It just sits there like it’s trying but it will not connect.
I restarted the vehicle several times at lights on my commute home and none of them did anything. Strange thing is, if I go to the Phone menu, it looks like I’m still on the phone with my wife. The call timer keeps going up. If I end call it brings the call timer page back up like I didn’t just end the call. Any help is appreciated. Bluetooth is a necessity for me and this irks me to no end.
