I have a 2023 Standard cab 4X4 XL FX4. Concrete to the top of my front wheelwell is 36.75". The back is 41.25". Are the supercabs and supercrews this different?

Silly question. If you can raise the front can you lower the back?

Yup, either block removal and/or rear drop shackle.

My non-FX4 supercrew only had a little over 3" difference between the front and rear fender height.

Do a 2.5" Level kit in the front and remove the 1.25" factory block in the back and that will take about 3.75" out of your rake.
