Default Leveling Kit suggestions please!

Hello, Im new to this forum. My name is Marcos from New Mexico I drive a 2024 F150 STX with the 5.0 and locking rear Diff.

I recently purchased some Tremor take off wheels with 275/70r18 and will be swapping out the TPMS sensors and mounting soon. Stock tires are 275/60r20 so there shouldn't be much size difference maybe a little wider. From what i've read there shouldn't be any rubbing, but I am wanting to do some kind of leveling kit anyway to eliminate the rake the truck comes with from the factory. I do use this truck in the mountains and a couple times a year I take it hunting in some rougher country than I usually drive. Been looking at the spacers from Rough Country, alot of people seem to like them. Ive read online some people recommend using a new coil instead. Wanted to get some opinions on this topic and some recommendations from people that have used either. Pros and cons. Not sure if i need the coils for my purpose but if so would love to hear from you all.

thank you in advance

I have the rough country spacers. No problems here, and no squeaking. Cheapest option.
I'm running 34 inch nitto G3's.

Welcome to the forum.

Spacers between the shock and strut tower work fine, IMO. I would do a max of 2" to avoid alignment issues.

Just get the Bilstein 5100's and adjust the fronts to 2". Gets rid of the rake and ride is much better.

Yes. Have to swap over your stock coil springs onto the Bilstein 5100s.
