Default Level kit

What's the best level kit for my 23 stx fx4.
I'd like to be able to do this myself possibly I know I'll have to get alignment afterwards bit what all does it entail. I've never done this myself buy I would have help from someone with a little more knowledge than myself.

do you want to raise the front or drop the rear?
either way you can expect to NEED airbags to re-level the truck anytime you tow or carry anything.

After some consideration, I went with the Ford Performance Bilstein kit. It offers either 2 or 2.5" front lift along with new springs and 6112 struts. It also includes 5160 rear shocks.

We just had a ReadyLIFT kit installed on our '23 XLT. They designed the kits to give you a nice level truck while lifting it a bit for larger tires. We opted for their 3.5" SST Kit (retails for $899.95).

We sell ReadyLIFT if you want to check it out, just let me know. I'll post pictures of our setup today or tomorrow (just getting it aligned)

Put a 6 foot level in the bed, the body panel wheel openings are not necessarily cut at the same height
