Default Let The Water Flow

Merry Christmas!
I have a 2021 F150 Lariat with the sunroof. For the second time in a year, water is dripping down on the passenger seat from around the the ceiling speaker of the B&O sound system. It has been brought in twice for this problem and I believed it was fixed on the second go around but apparently not! I put a towel down on the passenger seat to absorb the water but fear the ventilated seat may be ruined because of all the water. Needless to say when I pulled the towel out this morning, It was frozen solid!

Thanks for any advise you can give!

Has your moonroof drain been checked? Make sure there is no debris in the tracks. The drain tubes connect underneath the A-pillar trim piece by the airbag.

Warranty, keep after your dealership and escalate to Ford corporate if necessary.

These things have been leaking in the same spots since at least the 2016 model, which I had. It shouldn't come as any big surprise to any dealership. You'd think Ford would have a fix for this (and many other things) by now.

My 2015 did he same, wait till it starts squeaking. That was one of two options I was not getting again, the other was the power running boards.

Indeed...reviewing all the moonroof issues convinced me to not have one...which was kind of tough as I love the dang things! But not worth all the headaches, and certainly would have been a 'pissed off factor' on a $50K - $80K vehicle...
