Default Leaking Fluid?

My new (to me) truck just developed a fluid leak that was dripping from several places below the front valance. I've had the truck two months and have driven it very little. Just down to the last 50 miles in the tank from the full tank the dealer sold it with.
It has only leaked a very little on the garage floor over the past two days. It appears to have stopped this afternoon as there isn't any new drips. The fluid doesn't feel slippery nor does it smell like antifreeze though it appears to be the same color as whats in the tank.. It has what I think is a slight ammonia smell which leads me to the windshield washer fluid. It being a cpo Ford Gold truck I would have thought that all fluids would have been top off.
The tank on the radiator is right at max level. I've placed a piece of tape at visible fluid level to monitor. Looking in the fill the washer fluid level is not visible but there is no washer fluid lights on the dash (yet).

Any thoughts?

Are sure it isn’t a/c condensation dripping on the floor?

Yes, I'm reasonably sure it's not from air conditioning because I last drove it last Saturday 8/5/23 and it stayed in the driveway until after sunset before pulling it into the garage. Saturday was an extremely warm day and we have a small freezer in the garage. If I pull any of our vehicles in the garage after driving them the temperature will rise to low to middle 90's.

I'm assuming that it will eventually turn on a windshield washer fluid indicator lamp in the dash display if it leaks down far enough.
