I just looked it up, apparently you can't get that in XLT configuration anymore.. I had a 2016 XLT 302A with column shift and full console..

I had one vehicle with a column shifter and loved the way it opened up the console for more useful uses.

You can get Super duty Lariats with column shifters and an "open" Console. Its something I might do next time.....
