Question IPC Code U3000:46

After a recent OTA update I noticed some odd behavior from my IPC. The cluster works as intended for the most part, but the navigation directions that display in the IPC don't always work correctly. I scanned my truck and found code U3000:46-0A in the IPC, the code description is "Control Module: Calibration/Parameter Memory Failure" and the code setting criteria is "sets in the IPC when the IPC detects an EEPROM failure".

The pinpoint test that Ford provides states to just clear the code, and replace the IPC if it returns. Replacing the IPC and seeing if the code returns would be the simplest way to determine if the IPC is actually at fault, but I don't really want to play guess and check with expensive parts because I've seen plenty of other issues set codes like this on other vehicles.

I tired reloading my asbuilt data to remove all the Forscan changes I made about a year ago (no codes until recently), and I also tried updating the IPC software to see if a more current software version would fix the issue, but the code still returns. I'm just wondering if anyone else has run into this and if replacing the IPC actually solved your issue.
