My 25 does the exact same thing and It's very annoying. Sure you can hit ok and then arrow back 2-3 times
Eventually, the ok button will wear out or you'll get carpal tunnel... just flat out dumb.
Also, it does some silly things after making or accepting a phone call. What is Ford smoking these days? Well, weed is legal in Michigan now...

Yes, I got the 5.0 with the BAP dual exhaust and I love it, sounds great and pulls as hard as my 2018 GMC Sierra with a 6.2.

Apparently I'm impatient, and after a minute or so it defaults back to the fuel economy screen.
