Unhappy Infotainment malfunctions

2023 F-150 XLT Sport, recently purchased. The Infotainment system acts weirdly: it tends to not recognize my phone Bluetooth inputs and when it does, audio cuts out repeatedly and unplug/replug doesn't solve. Also having a case of Sirius playing over Android Auto podcasts, reason unknown. A reset was no help.

All advice/suggestions appreciated. This is annoying.

Sync software may be out of date. I would try using a wired connection for better Android Auto/Carplay overall performance. Save yourself the headaches and aggravation. Go into your Android Auto settings, set wireless Android Auto to off, and just plug it in. Use a good OEM Samsung (or comparable) cable and not some cheap Chinese knock off cable. It's still not perfect, but 500 times better than wireless.

I think you need to go into Android Auto Developer settings to turn on and off wireless andoid auto.
