Default How does this circuit breaker work?

Bought another 22 Lariat and it has a couple different options from my previous 22 Lariat. This used to be a 12v cigarette lighter power adapter. Now it's a circuit breaker? For the outlet below it?Does it light up or pop out if it trips? It's just a rubber tip with an led inside it.

You have a powerboost. That is the reset switch for the interior plugs.

Thanks. I'll check that out.
I tried the inboard owners manual and it wasn't informative at all.
