Default Help Needed - 35" Trimming

Hi, appreciate some advice so I don't do something permanently destructive that's not necessary.

2021 SCREW FX4 with standard offset Method wheels (17") and TerraGrappler 35x12.6x17 tires.

We got the Ford Performance branded Billstein 2" Lift Kit on the clip for max lift, with Icon Dynamics Delta-Joint UCAs.

I've got substantial rubbing on front/rear crash bar areas and the air dam trim. I've already angled trimmed the air dam trim and used a rubber mallot/torch to beat back the crash bars. Now the rubbing is 60% better, but still rubs front driver on trim and slightly on crash bars.

Any suggestions for more trimming? In the back of the wheel, grinded down that white plastic box, so there's still plenty of material to lose to increase clearance.

Note: these tires/wheels are a takeoff from my 2016 F150 with same level kit but a shop did that install and removed crash bars and cleaned up trimming.

Thank you.

Check the plastic thing just visible behind the front tire. Those things are pretty pathetically retained and it might be rubbing on it.

I took about 3" off the front crash bar on both sides, mine rubbed just at full turn in reverse. Sawzall and then painted black to keep it looking unmolested.

Whats your rim offset ? Also i do believe MT tires vs AT tires will be taller/bigger because of the lugs , someone correct me?
