Hello

I’ve been hearing this noise randomly mostly at lower speeds. In the video you can hear it twice back to back, hard to describe kind like a hissing. Sometimes it just once but a little longer. It’s not super loud but noticeable. Was wondering if anyone has experienced some thing like this.
