Default Headlight adjustment screws

Need some Help here,

I have a 2021 502a Lariat which has the "2 light LED" headlight assembly, pictured below for reference. I installed new headlights on my truck and obviously had to adjust the beams for the new install. But I am finding 2 adjustment screws on these Headlight assemblies. 1 of them definitely is for the low beams, confirmed, works, all that.
However there is another one that snakes down to a gear towards the bottom of the light, which I do not know what that one does. It even has a slide and lock cover for that screw hole. Pictures are marked, any ideas? I cant seem to find its mention in an owners manual or anywhere online so far.

Thank in advance for the help. Im sure someone here will know.

type of Headlight for reference.

Low beams is low beams. The adjuster up top that snakes down is for the lower projector which is the high beam. Should be able to use a screwdriver to turn those screws. Gently! Don't go crazy with it, those things are not cheap to replace if you damage them.

This has me questioning how much effect those adjustment screws have since these are auto level headlights.

Just curious why you had to install a new pair of headlights. I have the same truck. Is there a defect or arising issue with them?

I thought the same until i had to adjust. I had a heavy load and had to adjust them down quite a bit. The self leveling doesnt seem to have too much "travel".

that’s really surprising given how much it moves during startup self test.

So i have very very little light coming out of the top projector whether on high beams or low beams. Also i adjusted the snake screw 1.5 turns in and 1.5 turns out past 0 and never saw anything move. it looks like that equates to almost one rotation of the gear at the bottom.
I just went outside and double checked, i have about 95% of my light coming out of the lower projector in both high and low beams. It is possible that there is something wrong with this light i have received and i have no reference without swapping back again (pain) or ultimately driving to the nearest dealer and testing there. Maybe find a stranger in a parking lot, lol.

@Slickit
You ever figure this out?

I swapped my headlight to the new Black Appearance Package lights and they don't have the adjuster you are questioning (one with the snake cable). When I turn the one you have marked low beams, it actually adjust both lights up or down. I believe the top bulbs brightness remains the same whether low or high beams. The bottom bulb is changes with high beams. I need to get my HCM working proper to confirm all this but wanted to share what I can across so far.
