Default Halogen to LED conversion questions

I’m thinking of converting my headlights to the led ones. I’m aware I need a harness and probably would get that threw precision retrofits unless someone’s knows of a better spot. What I was wondering is if someone knows the forscan changes that need to be made to make the lights and fogs work along with directionals. Also wanted to make sure that the high beams would work as I read somewhere that they wouldn’t.

Any knowledge of this would be greatly appreciated!

You'll have to download an as built profile from an F150 similar to yours which has the stock headlight type you plan to retrofit.
After you have a donor vin profile and your vin profile you can use this program to compare the data to isolate the changes required in the BCM. The BCM has been mapped out already here. I expect you'll also have to rewire your headlight connectors and will want to gather relevant wiring diagrams.
I retrofit stock LED's in place of Halogens on my old 2017 F150. It wasn't easy but it wasn't impossible.
