I put my vin in, hit enter, nothing. Is there suppose to be an enter/submit button? All i see is clear.
I think it automatically loads the information about your truck once you enter your VIN. Like you, I didn't have anything load using Chrome v87.0.4280 and the newest Firefox. Site says not compatible with IE.
It worked via Safari on my iPhone. Entered VIN, automatically loaded my truck deets. Didn't hit enter anywhere.

Not sure, that’s not my VIN or truck, but I do believe that without a tow package, you’re capped at 7,000. That truck doesn’t show that it has any tow package, probably just tow tech or nothing.
