Anyone else have the app reset? Had to create a new account, BS.

 

Mine was fine, but I too did have to reset everything last summer...just out of the blue. Annoying.

 

Had to create a new account? No, definitely haven't even heard of that. I have been using Ford Pass since it launched and haven't had any significant issues aside from when they had a streak of releasing updates that caused you to get logged out, but just had to log back in. That hasn't happened in a couple years though.

 

Not sure if related or not but my online account doesn’t recognize my username or password anymore. Aggravating as f___! I liked the world before usernames and passwords.

 

I have 2 phones, and that happened on one of them.

 

Today I was finally able to add truck back after master reset, what a PITA

 

It merely logged me out.

app was last updated a month ago so it’s not an update related thing. iPhone user.,

Weird. But that’s computers for you.
