Default force powerboost on to fully warm up

Similar questions have been discussed several times about winter warm up, but are either quite old or not quit the same use case.

For winter - or in my case this afternoon changing my oil for.the first time - i want the engine to heat up. Is there any way, ForScan mods included, to be able to force the engine to either run (like a non-hybrid) or at least run until oil & coolant have warmed?

The closest suggestion i've seen bere was to start it normally (in the can, not remkte start), turn on all the things (generator, heater, etc), and also put it in drive (idk, probably innocuous, but also i dont believe it would help as that poster does). None of that helps in the winter, althoufh obviously its workable for an oil chamge every once in a while.

Thanks!

Sport mode and Tow Haul mode lock out the EV mode. Haven't tried to just let it idle in park/neutral in one of those modes, though.

In Tow Haul mode, it will still shut off the engine when in park. Unsure about Sport mode.

Tow haul mode, put transmission in neutral and manual mode. Apply emergency brake. Truck will continue to idle and you can get out. If in manual mode truck won’t shift to park (which will then shut off engine) when you open door. I do this all the time when I get home from towing our camper. Allows the engine and turbos to cool a little before I shut it off. Basically let it idle a little as I unhook trailer.

My 2023 PB seems to not run in electric mode until the engine is warmed up in Normal mode. All winter long it was about 10 minutes or so before the engine would shut off, even while driving at slow speeds, like a residential neighborhood, where it usually runs in electric mode.

I just tapped the gas lightly and the engine would start.

I takes some time to get the engine, cabin, and the HV battery up to proper operating temperature.
