Default Floor liner mount points

I used my Ford points to get 'tray type' liners (that are barely trays...)
Anyway, they include applicable hold points.
I'm wondering do all the trucks, and most suppliers replacements, use exactly the same dimension to mounts the attach points?
I'm real leery to punch holes in a perfectly good OE mat, especially if the point may change positions for replacements.

If you bought the liners from the dealer, and they were specified for your truck … why didn’t they have the holes already?

They do, have the holes.
I am supposed to add attach points to my OE vinyl/rubber mat (presumably so no slide-under-the-pedals lawsuits).
