Hello this is my first time posting, so yeseterday i wanted to program an f150 with fjds(i have an active subscription) and this is my first time programming a ford ,i have the softwares needed ,im using the autel maxiflash vcmi(the one that comes with the maxisys ultra)and i have everything configured but once i open fjds and login i get this testman error code and i dont know what to do. The code is testman error 12 16 206380

 

I'd uninstall/reinstall IDS

 

I had the same issue a few years ago on a MKX trying to do a PMI on a steering wheel module. Had to use the IDS clean tool and reinstall.
