Default False Alarm Rear Parking Sensors

Nearly everytime I shift into reverse the rear corner parking sensors go into alarm even though there is nothing there. The sensors are not dirty. I have an appointment at the dealership to look into this in two weeks. Would anyone know how to reset or recalibrate these sensors easily to avoid the dealership visit? Could they just be bad sensors?

All my F150, last 3 gens have had issues when it gets cold here in Canada, oddly it is always the driver rear. Also when I back out of my garage the slightest of a slope it beeps till the truck is level.

I want to add mine works as expected but every time I back into a spot, the grass on the curb would trigger auto brake. So I disabled auto brake, much better now.

Almost sounds like there’s a short triggering the alert actioned when shifting into Reverse.

I might unplug the connectors at the bumper. Carefully so not to damage it. Check for corrosion, remove corrosion then spray WD40. Test with connectors unplugged. If it still triggers, then it’s not the sensors, it’s further up the wiring. But that test will tell the dealer tech you’re invested in finding the solution.

Has your suspension been changed?

If you mess with it the problem will be your issue to deal with. Let the dealer handle it.

Update: I took it to the dealer, they claimed they "updated the module" and the issue was fixed. It was fixed for about 1 hour then the issue came back. They didn't update anything. Bumper sensors keep going off when there are no objects in the way. Dealer said to bring it back. It's frustrating.
