Default F150 Incentives

It appears the current incentives end on Monday. My truck is due in either Monday or Tuesday, which means it will be ready for pick up mid week and missing the current incentives.

Will the new incentives kick in immediately or is there a chance of a gap between incentives?

When you pick up your truck, you get the current incentives or the ones when you placed your order, whichever are better. This includes any promotion rates that existed when you place your order (not finance rates, promotional finance rates). There is not a gap between incentives, but there is a gap as to when they get "published". Your dealer should easily be able to access the new promotions.

Know your credit score.

Ask the finance guy what your “buy rate” is, it may be better than the promo.
He won’t want to tell you this, because he wants to make money off you.

For instance, Honda had a deal for 2.9% for 60 months.
Sounds great, except my buy rate was 2.25%.
They would totally not tell you this and make the extra 0.65% off you.

I was able to negotiate 2.09% for 60.

Don’t just take what they give you in the back office, it’s negotiable.

All they can say is no.

I already got pre-approval for 2.79% all the way up to 72 months if I want it.

Would love for the 0% for 60 to be available. I have an 800+ credit score.

They should be released on Tuesday I believe.

I was told I can pick between order date incentives or pickup date incentives, but regardless I have the $1k for special order that can be stacked with either.

as far as financing I usually go with USAA and go in pre-approved with them and tell the finance guys if they can’t beat their rates then we can just save each other time and move on. I’ve only used dealer financing once in the last 15 or so years and that was only because they offered an extra 1500 off. So I paid one payment and refinanced
