On June 30th I purchased an ESP from Granger Ford for $1420 for 84 months 100000 miles. I was looking in my Ford Pass AP under Warranty to see when if the ESP would show up and in a couple of days it did. I decided to look under Service History and found an entry from Granger Ford that listed a Service Performed for Air Conditioning & heating with a total cost of $2,840 which is exactly double what I paid for my ESP. I'm living in Chattanooga TN. and I believe Granger Ford is in Iowa so I've never had any service from Granger Ford other than buying an ESP !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Don't worry about it. It happened to me too. There's a glitch somewhere with Ford and how Granger has to code the ESP sale. Everything is on the up and up because I called Granger at the time I noticed this. On the plus side, you get points on the double amount.
