Ya, you've had a few troubles for sure. My neighbor has a couple year olde Chevy, top of the line whatever that is. He's also a retired injunear for Ford, Visteon, etc. If any one I know can pick apart a vehicle, he can.
He hasn't mentioned any trouble with it, I think your right.
There are some crazy things Ford has done for sure, like the battery system we have, garbage? I think so, but as they say, "It's what it is" if you're a Ford guy.

Some think it's better, but sets up a whole different way to troubleshoot, and weird azz symptoms a rational person can't relate to each other.. It's the way of the world now, unfortunately.
Many of us have found a 5 year olde batt, needs replacement.
What Ford is saying is true. The electronics draw a lot of power, and unless you do something to maintain a charge, drive it, batt tender, etc., you're going to have the problems. Lots of weird crap happening? And your batt IIRC, only charges to 85% due to the batt monitoring system. Makes sense doesn't it? Yeah, me too.
I do this, too.
Also, think about getting an OBD dongle to check out state of charge (SoC) and voltage. Would confirm for you if battery is problem. I use an OBDLink dongle and the OBD app

Well, you are talking about an electrical item, they function on electricity. Humans go a bit haywire when you starve them of oxygen right? Most automotive modules operate on a voltage supply from 9-16 volts. When a battery gets low and you start the vehicle your voltage drops below 9v and the module shuts off and modules do not like this. All computer controlled cars are susceptible to this.
Test your battery and replace if necessary.

I charged my battery for 17 hours before doing the sequence "tarheelbob" has stated to address a related situation detailed in my "Electric parking brake fault message" post, so far so good.

This morning, the puddle lights didn't come in when I approached the vehicle and the interior lights did not come on when I opened the door. It was 10 deg. out though.

If you think about it, you have plenty of warning signs.
Won't start remotely
Reverse sensors come on, when there is nothing there
Traction control kicks in and kills engine power for no reason
Emergency braking system reports camera is blocked with a spotless windshield, or where ever that sensor is located, regardless, nothing blocking anything in front of vehicle
Those are signs my truck displayed, you may get additional, or fewer.
Dealer oil change hacks said nothing wrong with battery, it was only the colder weather, low teens for a couple weeks. Rookie service writer agreed with them.
I listened to the BS, then changed out battery, hmm, my troubles all disappeared. Not the first time I knew better than the dealers great apes. Thank God my dealer still has a couple knowledgeable techs for other things.

Or they will say it's normal...

If you own a F150 it's time to buy a battery maintainer.

Better to invest in a charger that has start, high speed charge and trickle charge if you are going to make a purchase.
