Just got my lariat 501a today and im pretty sure ot had entry/exit mode under settings.. can confirm in the morning

 

Note: just because there is an entry in the manual doesn't mean it is equipped on all vehicles.
Does the description/instruction for easy entry have small text saying if equipped?

 

I did not see that in the manual and mine currently moves the seat so I think it was defaulted to on.

2021 F150 Lariat 501a package:
Ford has a programming problem with the F150’s that have the 501a package. Mine has the same problem, the dealer kept my truck for days while working with Ford Engineering and never did get it fixed. The seat memory works as designed but there is no option to turn it off. The manual says there is but it’s not there.
