Have a 2025 F150 XLT. Roughly 5,500 miles on it and love the truck but have one nagging issue; drivers side window noise. Sounds like when driving over 50 mph the window is cracked slightly although window is completely closed. This drives me nuts. I took it to dealer early on and they supposedly took door seal off and reinstalled but I cannot tell any change. Any guys experience this and know a solution?

 

I had a simular issue. I used a paper napkin pushed from the inside between the glass and seal to stop it. Mine was towards the back top of the window. I then took it to the dealer had a service rep ride with me, pulled it out and said hear that now. They replaced the seal which fixed the issue
