I tried to search for this answer, but it may be lost in the thousands of threads on here.
Anyone know how to open the dash panel under the steering wheel? Used to be I was able to just pull on them and they'd pop open. Now, it seems more complicated.

 

there are 2 7mm bolts on the underside (if I remember correctly) and then the panel is "clipped" in around the perimeter. Use a plastic pry tool to pop it out. Jump tp about 4:40 in this video and he discusses how to remove it and you can see the clips-
