Default Driver side window not going up automatically

Anyone with this problem? It goes down with one touch but it won't go up I have to hold the button all the way up and the passenger side works fine both ways. I could swear it worked when I got it a month ago 🤔... XLT 302A
Im guessing Ill need a 2nd trip to a dealer but wanted to see if i could avoid that. Thanks

"Won't go up"?

What exactly happens when you pull the button and then let go? Does it go up part way and then reverse? Does it not move at all?

Have you followed the instructions on page 137 of your manual?

Resetting One-Touch Close
Carry out all steps within 30 seconds of starting the sequence.
1. Close the window.
2. Press and hold the window control switch until the window is fully open. Keep the window control switch pressed for a few seconds.
3. Lift and hold the window control switch until the window is fully closed. Keep the window control switch held for a few seconds.
4. Press and hold the window control switch until the window is fully open. Keep the window control switch pressed for a few seconds.
5. Lift and hold the window control switch until the window is fully closed. Keep the window control switch held for a few seconds. Note: Repeat the procedure if the window does not close when you use one-touch.

Sorry i wasn't specific. Yes it moves but i have to hold the button all the way up so it closes. The "one touch" doesn't do anything besides moving the window just a little bit doesn't matter at what point I start to close it could be half way down or all the way down. It also doesn't reverse. Pretty much one touch function does not work going up but going down is fine. I'll check the manual later never thought there was a reset option for this and its pretty neat that we have a manual in radio unit now. Thanks

Saved me a trip to the dealer and I hate my truck less now. Thanks OP!

I tried that, mine ended up being the switch and the reset didn't work. It was worth trying and glad it fixed yours!

On my 26 stx loaner, I noticed the drivers window powers up and promptly auto powers open again. very frustrating.
