2021 STX 2.7L 401A. Anyone else run across this problem? The window doesn’t go all the way down and stays up about an inch.

 

Mine is the same. I haven’t had a chance to get the dealer to look at it yet. I couldn’t find any info on how to reset it last time I looked.

 

Hopefully it is covered by warranty.

 

I hope it is. Kind of annoying although not a major malfunction.

 

Mine did also when new but now goes all the way down.

No dealer was involved it just went down a little more each time until it finally went all the way down.

Reset / Calibrate can be done, just did on mine the other day.
Press Window Down until open and hold for a few seconds
Press Windows Up until closed and hold for a few seconds
Repeat the steps one more time.

After that it should be back to normal.
