Default Door panel squeak

Hi all, I am usually not one to complain about small stuff but wanted to see if someone else has the same door panel squeak I am having. This isn't the door checks or in the pillar area as previous posts have stated. This is right where you grab the door to shut it when inside. See pic attached. If I pull or push on this area, there is a noticeable squeak. I do not hear it driving down the road, only when opening or closing the door or if my knee rests on the door panel while driving. I stole this picture from google images so, just fyi not my actual truck. Anyone else have noticed this and possibly fixed it? I did tighten the two bolts underneath this area of the door panel but squeak is still there.

i just replaced my b&o "philco" speakers with jbls.. there are i think six screws to remove the panel - there should be some foam gromets - i think four or so.. check that they are there.. and then add some foam - i used door insulation foam (sticky on one side 1/2" wide) when i put the panels back on pressure points to make sure there would not be any squeaks.. i also duct taped all the loose cables to the door that attach to the panel when i put her back together. very simple.. and there is nothing to break if you go slow and take your time. have three hands ready too. that helps a lot.
