''Does Anyone Know''
I don't have access to that info, but when I painted at a body shop when we reassembled a collision or did a full repaint we'd adjust the rear door to the body starting with the hinges and adjusting the latch last, then adjust the front door to the rear door, then adjust the front fender to the front door then adjust the hood to fender, depending on how much movement there is we adjusted accordingly. The lighter the color the more the gap evenness is more noticeable. On my own stuff I've spent hours making them as best as possible.

All you mention is covered in the many sub-sections of Part 501 - Body and Paint, of the Motorcraft Workshop Manual. It's quite extensive and detailed, and each section is specific to particular panels or doors on particular body-styles (e.g. Regular Cab, SuperCab, SuperCrew are each different procedures).
No, I do not know of a free source for that info, you can get a subscription at motorcraftservice.com (only $22 for 72-hour subscription), or a CDROM from Helm, and there's other options described here.
Good Luck!
