Default Digital Speedometer

How do you get the digital Speedometer in the middle of the bottom portion of the cluster on a XLT? I've been trying to figure this out for the last two days with no love.

Thanks in advance!

Dave

This answer was spot on correct for MY dilemma. Two weeks of going nuts trying to fix this and not even a Ford tech locally could not help. Thank you Mr./Mrs. Reid.
