Default Dealer Ordering

I am wondering about the ordering process used by the dealers. Can they order only one vehicle, or do they have a minimum order required by Ford before those orders will be built?

Lots of nuggets but unfortunately none that answer my inquiry.

I don’t see why it would be a problem to order one vehicle and it be built. I have seen car carriers with multiple dealer orders on one truck
