Default Dead radio unit/button cluster?

21 5.0 F150, 14k miles

Everything worked last night, leaving the house this AM I noticed my screen never powered on and my auto start/stop button cluster was unresponsive.

I turned it off and back on, held the power button, held the power button and forward skip, power button and backward skip, got nothing.

Turned it off, locked it, left for hours, nothing.

Saw posts about loose fuses, didn't find one.

Pulled the #29 fuse (15 amp), looks fine, replaced, no dice.

Only thing I haven't tried is disconnecting the battery.

Has anybody run into this?

Had a 2015 F150 XLT with similar issues. If pulling the fuse didn’t work try the battery. If that fails to restore the screen then, most likely a dead APIM. (Obviously this is a SWAG.)

This happened to me today on my'18 XLT 3.5 302A. I pulled the radio fuse and it was good. reinstalled it and everything worked. For now.

Default Same issue

Screen went dark at 13k. Dealer can't get me in for two weeks. Fuses checked out good and unhooked battery for an hour. No dice.....
