Default Creaky Pillars

I have a 2022 F150 Super Cab. Have been noticing a couple of annoying noises and wondering if this community can help me to turn the volume down.
- the pillar between the doors on both sides of the truck makes a squeaking sound when I hit any sort of road bump. Have had folks sitting in the back try to hold and stabilize the plastic sheaths that make up the exterior of the pillars but that has done nothing noticeable to stop the sound. I'm assuming that means the sound is something rubbing in the interior of the pillars.
- Recently have heard a consistent, high pitched, wind whistle coming from somewhere around the dash. Cannot specify the exact spot. Have tightly closed the doors and windows and turned the vent to recirculation with no effect.
Thanks much for any suggestions.
