I'm having trouble with my 24 Tremor. On my sync screen it shows vehicle connectivity is locked. My navigation icons are grayed out. It says to enable connectivity in setting. But that is locked. My Ford pass is connected and working. The truck is connected to my internet. Anybody see this before.

 

yes, it happened to my 2024, i stopped my stolen vehicle services trial and then it all came back

Truck seems happy. No codes of concern being reported. Modem is activated properly and the truck is talking to the mothership. Only a few updates pending: CMR, GWM, door modules and trailer module.
