Default Connected vehicle features

Having trouble accessing connectivity settings. Every time I select the features button it just clocks and then I get a message stating menu not available. I did a factory reset and no luck. Anyone have any ideas?

Same situation, but additionally, I’ve lost connectivity to all SiriusXM IP (ie. Streaming stations as well). Taking it into a local Ford dealer to look at tomorrow.

After working fine for a month, the IP stations all stopped working.

I was hoping to avoid that but looks like a visit to the dealer is inevitable. Good luck with yours.

I had a connectivity issue and learned that disconnecting the battery for about 10 minutes would solve man of the issues. I tried it and it worked.

Just did this, and it worked - much thanks. Allowed me to “activate vehicle” on the Ford Pass app, and all the SiriusXM IP stations are back on. Also I did not lose any of my preset/programmed information. Just hope I don’t have to do this on a regular basis. Now about to cancel tomorrow’s appointment at Ford.
