Hi, purchased a totaled 2021 XLT Powerboost and did the rebuld.

Now the physical part is done and i have some cluster check engine codes:

1. Check 4x4 (truck won't let use 4H/4L switch or change perfomance modes. DTC Code U0138 (PWR_MODE_KEY: error)
2. Check lock diferential (won't let lock diff or change mods)
3. Park brake service now (Brake light flashing) DTC code C0609
4. The vehicle won't open or lock doors with the key buttons, only would start.

With forscan i pulled following DTC
U0401
P05D3

I tried to calibrate or AS-BUILD modules and reset. That won't help.
Is that might be wiring issues? Do i need some special FORD dealer calibration after the accident?
