Check your nuts
I just installed 1.5" wheel spacers on my '21 XLT FX4 and the lug nuts, according to factory specs, should be torqued to 150 ft/lbs. Most of the lug nuts on mine (2300 miles) were about 50 ft/lbs. Not good but, fortunately I have experience no other problems with my new truck.
Starting? My 2013 is 150 foot pounds. A quick Google search shows it goes back to 2004 at least. https://21cylinders.com/ford-f-150-l...ecs-and-sizes/
GM and RAM both call for 140ft-lbs, anything in the 140-150ft-lb range is a pretty typical recommendation for torquing M14x1.5 10.9 fasteners. As long as the person tightening your lug nuts actually torques them to spec, you shouldn't have any trouble removing them.

So ALL 24 lugnuts seem to have been installed with a 3/8" ratchet?
Just trying to understand here what the situation is. It's just very odd that all 24 were very lightly torqued, almost like it was done by a machine to set the wheel and no human interaction came by to do a final torque.
Even the 16 year old who they hire to not do good work and do oil changes should be able to torque down the lug nuts to greater torque values.
You aren't the first thread though to indicate lug nuts were loose at time of delivery.

I always check the torque on my lug nuts any time someone does any maintenance on my wheels. The torque is always off.
I also checked the torque when I got the truck home from the dealer when I bought it. The torque was light.
